Super clean, low hour John Deere 318D skid steer. Extremely rare find in this condition plus low hours and pre-emissions. 2011 model year, approx. 1,100 hours, enclosed cab - door included with heat(no air), and trouble free mechanical hand and foot controls. Its clear this loader was kept under cover when not in use and besides some minor scratches it is very clean. Being pre emissions means no need for regen, DPF or DEF and its free of any problems associated with emissions controls. Simple in design and operation means less likelihood of breakdowns related to computer or electronic controls. Although it would be great for snow removal, it is obvious it wasn't used in that capacity. Try to find one cleaner - Price is FIRM and included a new 68" Wildkat bucket as shown. Pre-Emissions Kubota powered E50 midi excavator being offered AS-IS pre-shop at a FIRM reduced price for a limited time. 2015 model year, approx. 2,210 hours, enclosed cab with heat and A/C, hydraulic thumb, deluxe dash with keyless/code start, Xchange quick connect, comes with the 12" bucket shown(additional buckets available at cost). This machine was in regular use when purchased and we have used it regularly, but here are the things that could be addressed - has a minor leak at the swing joint(I have the seals), air conditioner works but could be colder, there are a couple chips in the cutting edge on the dozer blade. Otherwise the machine starts, runs and operates as it should and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on the job as it is. This unit was ordered with the non-emission mechanically injected Kubota engine... eliminating the added fuel consumption, DPF, computer common rail and other issues associated with emissions controlled machines.
